Follow-ups

Concrete work found while building and documenting Redoubt, one item per page. Each page says what is wrong or missing, why it matters, where in the code it is, and what “done” looks like. A page that states a rule the code does not yet keep links the item from its residual risks.

Items marked “fixed in the kernel follow-up package”, “the servers follow-up package” or “the beamlet follow-up package” are the first work of M1 (sessions over SSH, kept apart), ahead of init and the manifest. The rest are placed by the plan pages or wait for an owner decision, which the page names.

When an item is done, its page is deleted in the same change, and the page that linked it is updated to say what the code now does.
